Central Ubon looks very small. I wonder what they plan to do with the rest of the area they have raised. Central won’t improve productivity in the city. Only increase debt of the silly people who buy beyond their means. Why can’t Ubon get some productive development going that brings money into the region?
Good question. They have such a huge amount of land out there. I know Central Airport Plaza Chiang Mai uses a similar large open area for concerts, markets and festivals. Perhaps Central Plaza Ubon will do the same.
Thanks for all the informative articles on Ubon-Got me up too date on what is going on. Keep up the the “Great Work!”
